Contract Opportunity – 6-Month Contract Role Overview

The Sage Intacct Data Coordinator ensures accurate financial and operational data within Sage Intacct. This role focuses on data entry, record maintenance, system cleanup, and resolving failed EDI syncs to support the accounting team.

• Maintain and update Sage Intacct records (vendors, customers, projects, GL accounts, etc.).
• Perform accurate, timely data entry and system cleanup, including resolving duplicates or outdated records.
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Support and validate EDI transactions and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with accounting, delivery, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate daily reports and complete journal entries related to data cleanup.
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for Sage Intacct users.
• Adhere to internal controls, including no payment execution.

• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
