An administrative assistant supports the Store Manager and Tailors to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow the team to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Administrative assistant duties include customer-facing support with brides, inventory fulfillment, greeting clients, composing documents, and more.

We have experience altering complex dresses from various bridal partners, and our hand-finishing techniques and obsessive attention create a beautiful finished product. - Skill or experience assisting customers before, during, and after purchases to satisfy customer needs
- Experience or skill in performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, or maintaining records.
- Knowledge of or experience with computers.
- Experience or skill related to daily office tasks, such as answering phones, sending faxes, or filing documents.
- Ability to organize workload, processes, or physical objects and spaces.
- Experience in office organization or non-specialized business operations.
- Skill or experience interacting with the public at a front desk. Front desk responsibilities may include reception duties, customer service, and appointment scheduling.
- Basic skills or experience in general computer use such as using a computer’s operating system, using software and hardware, typing, sending and receiving email, and searching the Internet.
- Experience ordering and maintaining documents according to a predetermined system.
- Experience practicing good manners when on the phone.
- Experience or skill in entering data into a database or computer software.
- A family of software products and services for cloud computing and collaboration such as word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, and email, offered by Google.
- Present accessories and aftercare options for clients to assist in meeting sales goals
