Front Desk Coordinator
Denver Office | Full-Time (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and reviewed annually. Position is non-exempt. Staff positions may receive moderate yearend bonuses subject to partnership discretion.
About the RoleWe are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face and organizational hub of our Denver office. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who is friendly, sharp, organized, and self-directed.
The Denver office environment varies day to day — some days are fast-paced and highly interactive, while others are quieter and more independent. The ideal candidate is comfortable in both settings and takes pride in staying productive, proactive, and engaged regardless of the pace.
This role is perfect for a natural multitasker who enjoys helping others, takes pride in customer service, and wants to grow professionally. While no legal or law firm experience is required, experience in a professional office setting is strongly preferred.
What You’ll DoAs the Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a critical role in keeping the office running smoothly and creating a positive experience for clients, attorneys, and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors, both in person and by phone
- Managing conference room scheduling and coordinating meetings, mediations, depositions, and other in-office events
- Preparing conference rooms and common areas, including coffee, water, and coordinating lunches when needed
- Accepting and coordinating deliveries and mail, including packaging and outgoing mail
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory (printer supplies, Amazon orders, etc.)
- Coordinating with office vendors and scheduling services such as maintenance or shredding
- Supporting attorneys with scheduling, travel coordination, and general administrative needs
- Assisting with basic technology setup for meetings and conference rooms
- Responding to general email and phone inquiries in a professional, timely manner
This role offers room to expand responsibilities over time, including learning:
- Arbitration and mediation scheduling
- Conflict checks and opening new files
- Calendaring and docketing deadlines
- E-filing with courts
- Sending and receiving engagement letters and gaining familiarity with firm
This role requires someone who:
- Is comfortable working independently during quieter periods
- Naturally looks for ways to stay productive when not given immediate direction
- Takes initiative to organize, improve, and maintain office systems and shared spaces
- Enjoys being a steady, reliable presence in the office even when activity levels vary
The ideal candidate is:

- At least two years of experience in a professional office environment preferred
- No legal experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM unless otherwise arranged
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed for office supplies, deliveries, and meeting setup
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the office during the workday to greet visitors, manage conference rooms, accept deliveries, and support office operations
- Ability to perform tasks that may require frequent movement between workstations, conference rooms, and common areas
- Ability to effectively carryout seated computer-based responsibilities for extended periods and work at a computer
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing
