Client Services Coordinator

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general support to a group of sales professionals.
What You’ll Do- Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and support the Broker commission payment process.
- Prepare expense reports in accordance with established guidelines.
- Draft templated real estate agreement and associated disclosures.
- Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce materials.
- Support print production: printing, binding, finishing.
- Coordinate sophisticated meetings and conferences.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception through post-event review, ensuring all objectives are met within time and budget constraints.
- Update and maintain various information databases.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
- Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
- Respond to common questions or complaints.

- High school diploma.
- 3+ years providing administrative support to teams of professionals.
- 2+ years in the Real Estate industry preferred.
- Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
- Strong marketing knowledge desirable.
