Entry-Level Background Screening Coordinator (Contract – Onsite, Denver Tech Center)

We are seeking two detail-oriented professionals to support a high-volume background screening process on a full-time, 90-day contract basis. This is an entry-level role
, ideal for candidates with experience operating a computer and managing repetitive tasks accurately.

• Initiate and process background check requests
• Manage a caseload of approximately 250 background checks per month
• Review completed reports for completeness and accuracy
• Identify potential red flags and escalate findings to an administrator for further review
• Ensure screenings are completed within established timelines
• Communicate with internal teams regarding screening status
• Pay: $22 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch; some flexibility may be available)
• Duration:
  Approximately 90 days
