Position Overview
The Client Services Coordinator provides entry‑level support to ensure excellent client service and smooth execution of daily operations. This role is responsible for scheduling, documentation, data entry, and responding to client inquiries. The coordinator works closely with brokers, Market Leaders, and clients to maintain high standards of responsiveness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate broker calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, client appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are organized and executed seamlessly.
- Provide high‑level administrative support to brokers, including travel coordination, meeting preparation, and tracking follow‑up actions related to client engagements and strategic initiatives.
- Draft, review, and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports in support of brokerage activities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, files, and databases to ensure organization and data integrity.
- Support client onboarding processes by collecting required documentation, facilitating timely follow‑up, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders; respond to inquiries in a professional manner and escalate complex matters as appropriate.
- Developing and managing database and reporting.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across internal departments to effectively support brokers and deliver exceptional client service.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and established client service procedures.
- 1–2 years of experience in client services, customer support, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $53,000-$65,600 + annual bonus + matching 401K
