Job Description:
The Office Coordinator will support daily office operations while assisting with human resources–related administrative tasks. This role focuses on onboarding coordination, system maintenance, scheduling, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functionality in a fully onsite corporate environment. This contract‑to‑hire role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support both employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain employee information within the HRIS system
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Serve as a support resource for employee questions and requests
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and HR-related administrative tasks
- Support HR projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
- Assist with office operations including supplies, vendors, and mail
- Help coordinate internal meetings and employee events
- Support office compliance with safety and operational standards
- Previous experience in an office coordinator, administrative, or HR support role
- Familiarity with HRIS or internal systems;
Paylocity experience preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication abilities
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (100% onsite) - Parking available
