AboutThe Role
Todyl is seeking an organized and adaptable individual with experience in office management, reception, and customer service. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while creating a welcoming and safe environment for external stakeholders visiting our corporate headquarters. In February 2023, Todyl moved into a brand new workspace, so this position will work with the People Operations & Leadership team to help create a fun, functional, and efficient office for the Todyl Team.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop in-office programming to help continue to build on our incredible team culture.
This is a part‑time role, typically requiring 25–30 hours per week
, with the potential for additional hours during peak project periods or seasonal demands. This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in our Downtown Denver office
.
- Manage the front desk of the office, greeting/exiting all visitors, and receiving any deliveries
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs & facilities maintenance
- Partner with People Operations & Leadership to maintain office policies as necessary
- Coordinate with IT & Security for all office equipment
- Assist in New Hire Onboarding to ensure they are comfortable in their new office space
- Support the planning of all in‑office or off‑site activities like parties, celebrations, and conference events
- Support ordering & receipt of office supplies, snacks, kombucha, cold brew, and other items for the team
- Support the executive team with scheduling & administrative functions as needed, including CEO and recruiting functions
- 2 or more years of experience in administrative, office management, or other customer‑facing administrative positions
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using traditional office technology (phone systems, computers, printers & copiers)
- Scheduling experience using Microsoft Outlook or other booking tools (Calendly, Hub Spot)
- Strong time management skills & attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Compensation: $37.00 – $40.00 per hour
(25–30 hours per week | Downtown Denver, CO)
