Position: Intake Administrator (Entry Level) – ON SITE ONLY

Role Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Intake Administrator for a full-time, on-site position located in the Centennial area. The Intake Administrator will handle client intake processes, manage incoming inquiries, coordinate documentation, and ensure efficient communication between internal and external teams. This is a high-volume, task-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy.

Full Training will be given.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming requests from email, forms, or shared inboxes
  • Enter request details into the project management system
  • Ensure all required fields are completed accurately and consistently
  • Follow standardized naming conventions and formatting guidelines
  • Flag incomplete or unclear requests for follow-up
  • Maintain organized records of submitted requests
  • Support the team in keeping intake queues up to date
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication, with a focus on managing team and client interactions
  • General understanding or experience with data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
Preferred
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience (not required)
  • Familiarity with project tracking or ticketing systems (not required)

Compensation & Benefits - Entry Level

Range $41,600 - $45,760 - Hourly Range of $20-22 per hour Salary plus
