Your role .

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day support for multiple partners and their respective teams in a remote and in-person format.
  • Assist with the production of client or Firm deliverables such as presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate and manage complex technical proposals, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, maintain firm standards, and meet submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including travel arrangements for partners and staff.
  • Navigate reporting, create and review client invoices, utilizing hours and expense details in the firm’s practice management system.
  • Attain proficient operational knowledge of systems such as Workday, WYN, and LCvista to train practice staff on proper usage.
  • Support arrangements for internal and external meetings/events in conference rooms, including needed equipment, video calls, catered meals, set‑up, and clean‑up.
  • Assist with administrative projects.
  • Maintain frequent communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Provide focused support for operational procedures related to multiple practice areas within Management Consulting.
  • Assist with office‑level support needs.
  • Contribute to the compilation and maintenance of operational support documentation for designated practice areas and Management Consulting.
  • Assist in onboarding and technical support training of new admins alongside administrative leadership.
  • Participate in administrative thought leadership and champion the Firm, Management Consulting, and practice‑specific initiatives.
  • Syndicate technical expertise to assist others across the department, region, and firm.
The qualifications.
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required; higher education or college coursework preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience working in an administrative or executive administrative role, preferably in professional services.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced atmosphere.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills focused on client service, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative while maintaining high confidentiality.
  • Solid technical proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Non‑exempt position; may require hours exceeding a standard 40‑hour work week.
