Receptionist
Location: Downtown Denver, Colorado
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $41K – $60K depending on experience
Parking: Included
A growing and fast-paced corporate office is seeking a polished, customer-service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the face of the organization and provide exceptional front office support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, thrives in a dynamic setting, and takes pride in delivering high-level service to employees, guests, and leadership.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, organized, and proactive, with a hospitality mindset and a willingness to support the broader administrative team. This individual should be adaptable, dependable, and comfortable balancing both front desk responsibilities and administrative support tasks in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist visitors, employees, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs and badge distribution
- Coordinate guest parking validation and monthly parking pass management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shared office spaces and conference rooms
- Prepare conference rooms before and after meetings
- Assist with office inventory management, including snacks, beverages, and office supplies
- Organize storage areas and restock supplies daily as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipping requests
- Coordinate catering and support office events, celebrations, and team activities
- Support onboarding efforts by welcoming new hires and assisting with office orientation
- Manage voicemail distribution and route inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, records, and documents
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, scheduling, and office coordination
- Assist with travel coordination and workspace arrangements for visiting employees
- Collaborate with office leadership, HR, IT, and administrative staff to support daily operations
- Monitor conference room usage and proactively address office needs
- Provide front desk coverage and assist with special projects as assigned
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and office technology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
- Hospitality, restaurant, or customer-facing service background
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Customer-service mindset with a polished and welcoming presence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to support others
- Ability to communicate professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
- Ability to manage a high volume of visitors and activity throughout the day
- Comfortable handling both routine and hands-on office tasks
- Strong work ethic with a “no task too big or too small” mentality
- Ability to perform computer-based office work
