Transdev in Denver, CO is hiring a Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk performs data entry of information to maintain the database through the company’s software. We are seeking customer service–oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Benefits- Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.25 – Maximum $21.50
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
- Sick days: 5 days

- Understand the logic of information documented on a manifest, the guidelines/policies affecting that information, and recognize possible errors with trip or route data.
- Verify data accurately and efficiently.
- Work independently with little supervision.
- Communicate professionally with providers about correction requests.
- Run verification reports and make necessary corrections.
- Perform other duties as required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a Windows environment.
- Basic electronic filing and organization experience.
- Basic knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work shifts or a flexible work schedule as needed.
- The employee will generally be subjected to long periods of sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Experience with 10‑key data entry (not required, but helpful).
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day).
- Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds and lift material weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
