Sandvik Mining is seeking an Office Administrator located in Denver, CO to support business operations in a hybrid setting (three days in office).
Key Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day office operations and ensure workflows run smoothly.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and basic facilities needs.
- Maintain organization and work scheduling to meet multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Manage email, memos, and internal communication.
- Plan and execute internal meetings, trainings, and company events.
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, invitations, materials, and follow‑up.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to support site visits and business meetings.
- Organize, maintain, and update digital document repositories and shared drives.
- Ensure proper labeling, version control, and accessibility of documents.
- Support documentation and standardization of administrative and business processes.
- Use AI‑powered tools for document organization, research, scheduling, and content drafting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate administrative tasks.
- Learn and support new systems and tools as they are adopted across the business.
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of professional experience with administrative responsibilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience using AI to automate workflow.
- Experience with space administration (allocating office space).
- Experience with MS Planner.
- Experience overseeing coordination of projects.
- Desire to manage office supplies and vendor relationships and monitor maintenance.
- Minimum 3 days per week in office, Denver, CO.
Expected salary range: $62,160 to $72,500.
