Receptionist – Denver, CO – Xcimer Energy is advancing inertial fusion energy to achieve rapid, clean, and scalable power solutions. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact at our Denver headquarters, ensuring a professional, positive experience for visitors, candidates, and employees.
Responsibilities- Actively and professionally greet facility visitors as their first onsite point of contact.
- Contribute to a positive experience for all visitors, candidates, and Xcimer employees.
- Keep the reception and lobby areas tidy.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow building security and safety procedures.
- Sort and deliver mail.
- Maintain the voicemail service system.
- Schedule and maintain calendars as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), calendar management tools, and visitor management platforms (preferably Envoy).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Strong customer service attitude and mindset.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or with granted asylum.
- Desired:
Previous experience in a front‑office setting.
Salary Range: $22,000 – $28,000 per year, determined on an individual basis based on job‑related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
