Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception and outlet area.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding our products on process.
- Order and restock office supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and tidy front office and retail space.
- Process returns and exchanges for online orders.
- Perform data entry tasks including invoicing and inventory management.
- Assist with basic website maintenance and sorting.
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
