Overview & Position Summary
This role provides essential administrative and marketing support to ensure smooth execution of division marketing initiatives. The position helps coordinate day‑to‑day activities, maintain marketing materials, and assist with digital and community‑level updates that support sales and traffic goals. It works closely with cross‑functional teams to provide accurate information, deliver timely marketing support, and maintain consistency across communities.
Primary Responsibilities- Support the execution of division marketing activities, including updating collateral, signage requests, community materials, and digital assets.
- Maintain accuracy of community information across internal systems, websites, and marketing platforms.
- Coordinate photography scheduling, proofs, revisions, and delivery for community and model home assets.
- Assist with preparation for model home openings, community launches, and division marketing events.
- Help track inventory of signage, collateral, promotional items, and coordinate reorders as needed.
- Communicate with Sales, Construction, and vendors to gather information, clarify needs, and ensure tasks are completed accurately.
- Process marketing invoices and support budget tracking activities.
- Monitor competitive listings and community information to support team updates.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support for the division marketing team.
- Offer assistance and guidance to team members as needed.
Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent education/experience. 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred:
Experience in marketing, real estate, or homebuilding; experience supporting administrative or coordination functions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing processes, systems, and terminology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information and gather details from others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems or platforms.
- Ability to interpret procedures and policies to resolve routine issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Problem‑solving skills for standard, recurring issues.
- Vendor coordination and follow‑up skills.
- Customer‑service‑oriented mindset.
Base Salary $50,000‑$60,000. FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt. Bonus Type:
Year‑end Discretionary.
