Overview

This position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team and Board of Directors. The role may also lead the enterprise Executive Assistant (EA) function as needed, ensuring consistently high standards of executive support across the organization. The position is based in our Denver office and requires on-site attendance five (5) days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including complex calendar management, communication coordination, and high‑stakes travel logistics.
  • Prepare confidential materials and PowerPoint decks for executive and board meetings.
  • Coordinate strategic meetings, board preparation, and follow‑up actions tied to board priorities.
  • Manage sensitive matters with the highest degree of discretion, acting as a trusted partner to executive leadership.
  • Handle travel, expense reports, and calendars as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and shared services functions to ensure tools, policies, and practices align with business needs.
  • Support onboarding of new executives and coordinate assignment of EA resources as needed.
  • Determine appropriate resourcing of staff to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manage and mentor team members on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
  • Own attainment of high team member satisfaction and retention; lead development of programs and initiatives to attain high employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budget assignments, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to maximize operational performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field required.
  • Seven (7) plus years of executive assistant experience.
  • Two (2) plus years of leadership responsibility preferred.
  • Demonstrated executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professional maturity.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Concur).
Salary

US $92,500 - $120,000. This position is bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
