AboutThe Role
You will play a key role within our central Business Support function, providing first‑class administrative support in our Denver office. The focus is on enabling our Partners and Consultants to concentrate on client projects by ensuring seamless operations and support. You will be the first point of contact for a diverse range of personnel.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative support for Partners (approx. 40% of role)
- Travel and logistic coordination across multiple time zones
- Submission of expenses in line with company policy
- Calendar or meeting coordination support
- Supporting internal team meetings, external client events, and preparing documentation
- General time and workload management to meet tight deadlines
- Acting as a main point of contact for office related matters, liaise with staff and building management
- Oversee the day‑to‑day office; order/maintain office supplies, spaces and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, events, catering and visitor requirements; support events that contribute to team building and bonding
- Supporting various Go‑To‑Market and capability initiatives
- Processing purchase orders and assisting with ISO audits
- Be a collaborating member of the US business support team, providing coverage for other members as needed during absence
- Supporting workshops and other business support tasks
- Responsible for developing and maintaining best‑practice processes, sharing information, maintaining knowledge‑management systems, Teams sites and existing databases
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner
- Significant administrative experience, ideally within a large professional services organisation
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Outlook, Teams and Word; experience creating high‑quality presentations and using Excel is strongly preferred
- Strong experience of diary, travel management and expense submissions
- Ability to build effective working relationships and work optimally in a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrated strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving abilities, especially when under pressure
- Adaptable, flexible and committed to supporting your team
- Strong work ethic, proactive and able to lead on multiple tasks
- Experience in mentoring junior team members desirable
- Work in a collaborative, high‑performing team environment

In compliance with Colorado’s, New York & Massachusetts’s Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to the State of Colorado and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $57,200 – $63,600.
