Position Summary
Support core academic records operations within the Office of the Registrar, focusing on student record maintenance, registration adjustments, workflow and forms administration, reporting, compliance support, and customer service. Ensure data integrity, maintain confidentiality per FERPA, manage reports, and support system testing and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Research and resolve registration and records discrepancies; manage registration adjustments including drops, corrections, late enrollment, and disputes; process all reports within the Records and Registration area.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments on complex records matters, support training, assist with operational continuity, and handle inter‑institutional records processing.
- Serve as Designated School Official for international students; process SEVIS updates and international student record changes.
- Provide high‑level customer service: assist front counter inquiries, answer phones and emails, respond to escalated inquiries within 24 hours, and support the team during high‑volume periods.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years of experience per 1 year of education).
- Experience with a Student Information System (SIS) in a Registrar, Academic Records, or Enrollment Services office.
- Experience with data integrity and compliance reporting, including interpreting and resolving discrepancies.
- Experience with National Student Clearinghouse reporting and/or NCAA enrollment verification for student‑athletes.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously (SIS, NSC, and related systems).
- Familiarity with SIS platforms such as Banner, Workday, or People Soft.
Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Exempt Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required. Hybrid schedule: 2 days on campus, 3 days remote. No travel required.
SalaryAnnual range: $47,300 – $60,000. Final salary will consider internal equity, experience, education, and training.
