Responsibilities
- Maintain team supply and general office inventory (promo materials, cleaning supplies, coffee, paper products, etc.)
- Ensure that all marketing apparel is dry cleaned.
- Manage weekly payroll.
- Manage all permit-related items when necessary (may include dropping off permit checks when within reasonable driving distance).
- Submit service call requests on behalf of marketers.
- Coordinate any cultural department activities: potlucks, parties, etc. This includes planning and executing department goal trips within budgetary guidelines.
- Ensure all daily/weekly/monthly reports are up to date.
- Contact local police departments and let them know we will have Marketers canvassing in those neighborhoods.
- Assist with printing materials for training classes and setting up Zoom trainings.
- Assist with paperwork for getting teammates approved to drive company vehicles.
- Take overflow of phone handoffs/set callbacks from proximity marketers.
- Provide support for marketers as a liaison between the field and all other pertinent departments.
- Check daily leads revenue, and lead discrepancies for accuracy, email Telefluent (call center) on accuracy.
- Other job duties as assigned.

- Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a group.
- 2 years of related professional work experience; required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; required.
