Production Administrator

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, able to commit to a full‑time role.

• Work within an order management system to retrieve and audit daily files.
• Create work orders.
• Work in conjunction with Homeowner Associations and permitting to track progress to ensure approvals.
• Audit orders to release to order Queue.
• Verify order confirmations for accuracy.
• Upload all verified orders into order management system.
• Work closely with internal departmental teams.

• Ability to work with high volume data entry tasks.
• Time Management and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
