In this contract role, you will champion records management by validating and organizing critical documentation. We provide a supportive, growth-focused environment where you can refine your document control skills and master enterprise platforms like SharePoint.
Your precision ensures the integrity of vital business data, enabling seamless operations.
- Optimize Data Integrity:
Review and validate large volumes of displaced documentation, ensuring accurate linking within databases to maintain data integrity. - Master Enterprise Systems:
Locate, review, and manage electronic records utilizing SharePoint and Project Wise. - Ensure Quality Assurance:
Perform meticulous quality checks on scanned images to maintain high operational standards and system accuracy. - Streamline Document Flow:
Independently scan missing records and seamlessly integrate them into the appropriate databases to support business operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, data entry, or document control.
- Proficiency in navigating databases, specifically with hands‑on experience in SharePoint and/or Project Wise.
- Demonstrated research capabilities with a proven commitment to precision and thoroughness.
- Ability to thrive independently in an onsite setting, demonstrating focus while managing repetitive tasks effectively.
- Capability to safely lift up to 25 lbs to handle banker boxes and large engineering prints in a standard office environment.
- Preferred:
Prior background in specialized record review or comprehensive document management. - Years of experience: 3 years.
- Experience level:
Experienced.
Salary: $22 - $24 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours:
8 AM - 5 PM
