Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-focused Legal Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a high-profile legal services environment in Denver, CO. This position offers the chance to build long-term career stability within a respected corporate services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate high-volume duplicating and multi-function equipment for copying, scanning, binding, finishing, file conversion, and document formatting.
- Sort, distribute, process, and track incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and shipping materials.
- Support meeting and conference room setups, hospitality requests, office organization, and light facilities-related tasks.
- Provide professional client service to legal staff, including partners, associates, legal secretaries, and executive-level contacts.
- Handle confidential and sensitive legal documents with discretion and attention to detail.
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

40 hours per week. - Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
