Denver, CO (Hybrid). Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year.

• Input and process monthly media invoices for submission to the accounting department.
• Enter bi-monthly department invoices into the billing system and submit them.
• After demonstrating success, send instructions and 15- and 30-second commercials to TV stations, cable systems, and streaming vendors nationwide on an ongoing basis.
• Perform various administrative duties and reports as needed.

• AA, BA or previous office experience preferred.
• Excellent Ten Key data entry skills that are accurate and efficient.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Access data entry experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A good attitude and willingness to learn.
