A global investment firm is seeking a highly organized and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support fundraising and investor engagement efforts. This role sits within a high-performing team responsible for capital raising, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Coordinator will play a key role in driving execution across investor outreach, managing complex logistics, and enhancing overall team efficiency.
Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and travel across multiple regions
- Track investor pipelines, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure timely follow-ups and clear next steps
- Plan and execute multi-city travel and events, optimizing schedules to maximize productivity and engagement
- Prepare investor communications, meeting materials, and support post-meeting follow-up activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate materials, respond to requests, and align on fundraising priorities
- Handle administrative responsibilities including expenses, logistics, and ad hoc projects while proactively identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
- 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, private equity, or a related field
- Highly proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and external clients/investors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Flexibility to be responsive outside standard business hours when needed
