Auto-Chlor System has been a trusted leader in commercial cleaning solutions for over 85 years. We’re looking for a dependable Office Administrator who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping a busy office running smoothly. You’ll support a busy service branch by working closely with our service technicians, sales team, customers, and branch leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, administrative responsibilities, and supporting a team in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable accurately.
  • Dispatch service technicians and sales representatives.
  • Assist with account maintenance and general office administration.
  • Process incoming checks and complete routine bank deposits.
  • Support the branch with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What You’ll Get

  • Full-Time Schedule
    :
    Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40–45 hours per week)
  • Starting Pay
    : $22.00 per hour
  • Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,760–50,050, depending on overtime worked.

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of office administration, customer service, dispatching, reception, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
  • Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
  • Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday
