Position Summary:
MAC Group Consulting is excited to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Political Support & Operations Coordinator to the firm to support our internal operations and client-facing work. This role will help ensure that the firm's partners can focus on high-level strategy and client engagement by handling administrative, organizational, and logistical support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
Maintain contact database.Admin Support:
Facilitate planning meetings, update Asana, track tasks and deliverables, and proactively manage up to partners. Set priority lists for partners daily and/or weekly. Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.Calendar and Email Management:
Manage partner inboxes and calendars, including scheduling meetings, client calls, and events.Operations Support:
Coordinate travel arrangements and track client receipts.
Client Support
Assist with Client Onboarding:
Set up project folders and prepare onboarding materials.Assist with Client Communications:
Draft and format client updates, agendas, memos, spreadsheets, and communications. Engage in client meetings and track internal follow-up.Support Research Needs:
Complete background research on donors, stakeholders, legislation, and media.Event Support:
Support logistics and other needs for client- and firm-related events, such as virtual and in-person meetings and fundraising events. This includes researching venues, vendors, tracking RSVPs, preparing itineraries, staffing events creating invites, and writing thank you notes.Other client-facing duties as assigned.
Ideal
Qualifications:
At least 1 cycle of campaign experience
Experience and comfort with managing up to supervisors
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize across multiple projects
Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience with scheduling, internal operations, or administrative support
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management and CRM tools
Alignment with progressive values and a passion for making a positive impact
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
