We're seeking a dependable, detail-focused professional to support our operations through data management, document review, and process coordination. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring information is accurate, organized, and accessible for our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Review documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Compare data across reports and files to identify discrepancies
- Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel and internal systems
- Organize and manage digital records, ensuring easy access and consistency
- Track important dates, updates, and deadlines
- Prepare and format information for system uploads and reporting
- Assist with setting up and maintaining records as new projects are added
- Monitor your own workload to meet timelines and quality standards
- Communicate questions, inconsistencies, or missing information proactively
- Support ongoing operational and administrative projects
- Exceptional attention to detail-you catch what others miss
- Comfortable working with data, documents, and structured processes
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Previous data entry, administrative, or document review experience
- Exposure to real estate, property management, or accounting environments
- Familiarity with systems such as Yardi or other database platforms
