Position Overview

Ares Management, LLC is seeking a Facilities team member for its Corporate Services Team in Denver. The role is onsite, Monday through Friday, and involves supporting employee amenities and office operations in a Class A downtown Denver suite.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily operation of café, emergency, and office supplies; restock items and monitor inventory.
  • Manage beverage and coffee equipment (Bevi, Co2, Cold Brew, Keurig, Nespresso).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of café areas, cabinets, file rooms, and storage areas.
  • Respond to the Corporate Services inbox and address employee service requests in a timely, customer‑service oriented manner.
  • Assist with catering, conference‑room set‑up/clean‑up, and repositioning furniture for large meetings.
  • Support processing and tracking of incoming/outgoing Fed Ex and UPS shipments and distribution of U.S. mail.
  • Communicate updates and escalations to requestors and supervisors.
  • Review vendor invoices in Coupa, code per Ares accounting standards, and coordinate vendor deliveries.
  • Perform light maintenance (assembly, repair, mounting picture boards, etc.) not covered by external vendors.
Backup and Additional Duties
  • Compile presentation materials, including copying, printing, scanning, and binding using GBC devices.
  • Set‑up new‑hire workstations with required equipment and supplies.
  • Facilitate internal employee relocations, moving heavy boxes and furniture.
  • Assist with office access and parking card program.
  • Contact preferred vendors for maintenance, service, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with administrative, IT, and network teams as needed.
  • Provide reception coverage during breaks and lunch periods; manage visitor check‑in via the building’s visitor management system.
  • Edit conference‑room reservations in Outlook with high attention to detail.
  • Execute additional ad‑hoc functions, maintaining quality and cost‑effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of Corporate Services experience preferred; experience managing third‑party vendors and coordinating with clients, consultants, and authorities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and managing busy inboxes and calendars.
  • Knowledge of facilities, building maintenance, and services.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and exhibit enthusiasm and flexibility.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels.
  • Good judgment in escalating issues vs. solving problems independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year. Total compensation may include a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
