Production Administrator - Denver

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound/outbound calls for scheduling/reschedules
• Sending and monitoring reminders/confirmations for installation
• Preloading Installation Work Orders with job details/files
• Other job duties as assigned

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast paced work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in customer service; preferred
• Able to work independently; efficiently
