You will serve as a vital operational anchor, streamlining the administration of high‑end residential and commercial builds. This role empowers you to take ownership of critical permitting, contract management, and scheduling workflows within a rapidly growing team. Your detail‑oriented support will directly accelerate project timelines and elevate the overall client experience.
How You Will Make An Impact- Prepare, submit, and track complex building permit applications across multiple Colorado jurisdictions to prevent project delays.
- Facilitate seamless contract execution by managing electronic agreements, lien waivers, and compliance files within the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate, real‑time internal spreadsheets for subcontractor credentials, project tracking, and project manager assignments.
- Coordinate crucial daily field and design communications across digital platforms, including dedicated Whats App channels.
- Support the scheduling department and project managers by handling administrative requests and compiling essential field data.
- Act as a reliable process champion, ensuring all documentation reflects the company core values of clarity and quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital file management systems.
- Strong digital literacy with polished, refined computer etiquette suited for CRM tracking.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills necessary for navigating municipal permit offices.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and organize shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- 2+ years of administrative or permitting experience within the construction, interior design, or related industries.
- Working knowledge of local building jurisdictions and municipal compliance processes throughout Colorado.
- Background as a showroom associate or manager, or a demonstrable passion for interior and kitchen design.
