We're partnering with a growing healthcare technology organization to hire multiple Data Entry Specialists for a hybrid opportunity based in Denver, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative operations team supporting healthcare providers across the country. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, and are eager to learn new systems, this role offers valuable experience with the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position based on performance.
The Data Entry Specialist will support the Enrollment team by accurately processing provider enrollment information, maintaining critical records, and ensuring insurance payment information is updated correctly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys focused, detail-oriented work and can manage repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy while learning new software and processes.
REWARDS- $19.50 per hour
- 3–4 month contract with the potential for extension or permanent hire based on performance

- 2+ years of data entry, administrative, or office support experience
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's degree preferred - Experience in a dental, medical, insurance, or healthcare office is a plus but not required
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- Accurately process provider enrollment information and update records within internal systems
- Execute Change of Address and EFT/ERA enrollment processes to support insurance payment workflows
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrollment activities
- Verify provider information, including NPI numbers, Tax IDs, and other required documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate enrollment processing
- Monitor enrollment requests and follow established procedures to ensure timely completion
- Support onboarding activities for new clients by assisting with enrollment-related processes
- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve issues through research and follow-up
- Learn new software applications and internal workflows through company-provided training
- Assist with additional data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects as assigned
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Hybrid schedule with in-office work every Tuesday and Thursday in Denver
- Company-provided laptop; equipment pickup will take place the Thursday before your scheduled start date
