 DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Contract Specialist in Denver, CO! In this administrative role, you will be the liaison between our division administrative staff and our corporate risk management department. We are seeking candidates who have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Primary responsibilities:

Daily review of Contract tracking; report out statuses weekly
 Audit dates of submittal; follow up with sales, operations, admin support
 Roll out and train any new contract tracking or risk initiatives to area offices
 Utilization of Sharepoint and ERP system
 Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of administration experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
 Ability to train individuals or groups virtually or in-person
 Must have a valid driver’s license
 The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
 Pay Range
 $23—$35 USD
