Missions
You will carry out management tasks in accordance with established procedures.
On a daily basis, you will participate in:
- The management of expenditure, revenue, and public procurement operations for municipalities and public managers (control and payment);
- Work related to maintaining the accounting books;
- The collection of local government revenues;
- Assisting the team with legally complex cases: research, support, and solution proposals.
You enjoy management roles, using new communication technologies, and working in a team.
Required skills:
- Discretion, rigor, communication skills;
- Adaptability, responsiveness.
Desired skills:
- Managing deadlines, anticipating needs;
- Document and regulatory research, ability to apply procedures.
Desired knowledge:
- Proficiency in office tools (Libre Office);
- Knowledge of administrative and accounting management.
- Level 3 Diplomas equivalent to CAP/BEP
