Position: Assistant(e) administratif en charge de la gestion des collectivités locales H/F

Missions

You will carry out management tasks in accordance with established procedures.

On a daily basis, you will participate in:

  • The management of expenditure, revenue, and public procurement operations for municipalities and public managers (control and payment);
  • Work related to maintaining the accounting books;
  • The collection of local government revenues;
  • Assisting the team with legally complex cases: research, support, and solution proposals.
Profile Sought

You enjoy management roles, using new communication technologies, and working in a team.

Required skills:

  • Discretion, rigor, communication skills;
  • Adaptability, responsiveness.

Desired skills:

  • Managing deadlines, anticipating needs;
  • Document and regulatory research, ability to apply procedures.

Desired knowledge:

  • Proficiency in office tools (Libre Office);
  • Knowledge of administrative and accounting management.
Minimum Education Level Required
  • Level 3 Diplomas equivalent to CAP/BEP
