This position is ideal for a motivated student or individual seeking experience in the corporate event and gifting industry. The role requires a strong work ethic, accountability, and the ability to multitask and switch priorities. This is an in-office position.

• Excellent Computer Skills – Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Effective, Professional Communication Skills – written and verbal
• Ability to provide outstanding client service, including under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Proofreading skills
• A passion for events and the gifting and promotional products industry
• Ability to travel on-site if needed (available to 21+ candidates only)

• General Project Manager Support
  • Responsibilities may include: sourcing and pricing gift options from vendors, proposal building/updating in PowerPoint, generating Fed Ex labels, tracking shipments, coding/filing vendor invoices
• Quality control and inventory of items arriving to Giftd
• Gift packaging/fulfillment if needed
• Opportunity to work on projects of varying sizes and scope

• Salary: $20/hour
• This is a 100% in-office position
