Job Details

We are seeking an Office Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our client's Denver office and a trusted administrative partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This is a hands‑on role that owns the day‑to‑day office experience, supports proactive calendar and travel coordination for the CEO, manages vendors and logistics for key company meetings and events, and ensures the office is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

This is a full‑time, exempt, salaried position based in Denver, CO with in‑office presence required at least three days per week. The base salary range is $70,000–$90,000.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive calendar management and executive support for the CEO, including scheduling, reminders, meeting coordination, and follow‑up.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for greeting guests, managing the visitor experience, and representing the company with professionalism and warmth.
  • Perform all executive leadership team travel booking, including researching options, coordinating logistics, and managing changes.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure the office, kitchen, mail, supplies, and shared spaces are consistently organized, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, kitchen needs, parking, amenities, event support, and other recurring services while evaluating cost alternatives.
  • Plan and execute company events including team building sessions, board meetings, customer appreciation events, and other gatherings.
  • Coordinate meeting setup, guest arrival support, hospitality needs, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Support ad‑hoc administrative projects, office initiatives, and logistics work that improves day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, administrative operations, hospitality, or facilities coordination.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive‑level stakeholders with calendar coordination, travel booking, guest management, and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities, competing priorities, and time‑sensitive requests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, welcoming presence.
  • Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential or high‑visibility matters.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in a growing, private equity‑backed, SaaS, technology, logistics, or professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting board meetings, customer‑facing events, or company‑wide team events.
  • Experience managing office vendors, supplies, facilities services, or parking processes.
  • Comfort building simple tracking processes and checklists to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Strong service orientation with genuine interest in creating a high‑quality employee and guest experience.
