Position Overview

Burnham Law is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the firm's Owner and Firm Manager.

This position will provide high-level administrative, operational, and financial support to firm leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing business documents, supporting financial processes, and handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

This role requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, strong financial acumen, and the ability to anticipate leadership's needs. Regular travel between the firm's Colorado offices will be required, with occasional travel to other locations based on business needs.

What you'll Do
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, and competing priorities for the Owner and Firm Manager.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including scheduling, agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up items.
  • Monitor deadlines and executive requests to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and travel logistics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between firm leadership, attorneys, employees, clients, vendors, and external partners.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address scheduling, administrative, and operational issues.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Handle confidential, financial, personnel, and business information with discretion.
  • Assist with financial tasks, including expense reports, budgeting support, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Support operational initiatives and special projects assigned by the Owner or Firm Manager.
  • Assist other departments with administrative or operational needs when appropriate.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Executive Administrative Assistant or comparable experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong financial background with experience supporting budgeting, expense management, invoicing, reconciliations, or financial reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
