Provides comprehensive administrative support to seven leaders across the Colorado and New Mexico market. Responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and presentations, arranging travel, and supporting day-to-day business operations. Leads the planning and execution of large-scale market events from concept to completion, including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Prepares reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documentation as needed.
Frequently utilizes Microsoft 365 applications and other business systems, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support leaders and drive operational efficiency. Serves as a key partner in ensuring organizational effectiveness, communication, and execution across multiple teams and locations.

- - End-to-end planning and execution of market events and leadership meetings
- - Preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- - Data collection, tracking, and reporting
- - Collaboration with internal and external partners to support business initiatives
- - Effective use of Microsoft 365 applications and business systems to manage workflows and communications
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
- - Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- - Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
- - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- - Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
- - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
Pay Range: $25.77 - $34.33
