Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Law Firm Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our legal practice. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. - Ensures the office is running smoothly and the office equipment (AV, copiers, printers, etc.) are maintained. Ensures copier/printer ink is in stock.
- Order office and kitchen supplies and keep both well stocked.
- Help coordinate functions and events.
- Set up the conference room and provide support in the preparation of meetings.
- Provide receptionist duties, including but not limited to, answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner and welcoming visitors and identifies the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
- Provide administrative support to office teams.
- Other duties, as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, demonstrating keen attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Effective communication skills are essential, as the Receptionist will be required to interact regularly with visitors, tenants, vendors, and internal team members.

Education / Experience- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years Administrative Assistance and/or customer service experience
- Excellent proficiency in Office 365 applications and other reasonable software applicable to position and organizational needs
