Corporate Services Coordinator
We are seeking an energetic, service-oriented professional to support daily office operations and workplace services in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a highly active, hands-on role focused on maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, team-focused, and willing to take ownership of a wide variety of responsibilities. No task is too small, and success in this role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and support administrative office operations.
- Order, track, and maintain office, kitchen, and workplace supplies.
- Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional manner.
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, including reception support during breaks and absences.
- Assist with meeting and event logistics, including catering setup, breakdown, and conference room readiness.
- Stock and maintain common areas, breakrooms, and office amenities.
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure workplace needs are addressed promptly.
- Support mail, package, and delivery distribution activities.
- Perform routine workplace inspections and help maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional office environment.
- Respond to employee requests and proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace operations.
- Prior experience in office operations, workplace services, facilities coordination, receptionist, hospitality, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the organization positively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Self-starter who works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to remain active throughout the day and perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and moving throughout the office

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
