We re seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Downtown Denver. This is a contract-to-hire position with excellent potential for long-term growth and career advancement.
What You ll Do:- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive office environment
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Support team members with special projects as needed
