LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant / Tax Department Administrative Support Coordinator for one of our top clients in Denver! This will be a contract opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Denver.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional administrative support professional to provide day-to-day operational support to a regional Tax Department. This role will assist with tax-related administrative processes, document management, office operations, and client service activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the regional Tax Department.
- Perform data entry and maintain information in Master Engagement Letter workbooks.
- Update drafted engagement letters after information has been reviewed by tax professionals.
- Prepare and distribute large affiliate engagement letters through Docu Sign.
- Process and organize paper tax return files.
- Prepare and mail client documents and materials.
- Provide administrative support for general office needs and day-to-day operations.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
- Monitor and restock kitchen and office supplies.
- Assist with general office maintenance and facilities-related needs.
- Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services, facilities, administrative support, or a similar role required.
Technical
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Experience with Docu Sign or similar document management platforms is a plus.
