Please note that this job is hybrid. You will work partially from an office in Downtown, partially from an office in Central Park, and partially remotely from home.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Executive Assistant job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role supporting a business owner or C-level executive.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $85,000 and $100,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
• Coordinating meetings
• Identifying, evaluating, and implementing new standard operating procedures
• Implementing new AI and automated workflows
• Entering and maintaining information in the database
• Creating templates for documents, e-mails, etc.
• Monitoring and screening calls and e-mails
• Drafting and sending executive communications
• Providing excellent customer service to vendors, internal staff, candidates, etc.
• Support contract preparation and administration
• All other related tasks as required

• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Previous experience providing direct support to a business owner or C-level executive
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software

• Annual salary between $85,000 and $100,000
