Fleet Assistant to enhance our operations. In this role, you will manage repairs, handle fleet inventory, and ensureaccuratedocumentation for our vehicles.

You'llwork closely with key stakeholders tomaintainefficient fleet services whilelearningthe ins and outs of our operations. Enjoy endless growth opportunities, and an hourly rate of $24.20 perhour.

You will perform daily fleet inventory checks, ensuringaccuratevehicle tracking and management

You willassistthe Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops

You will prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, spare keys, and ensuring proper tagging in our inventory system

You willassistwith vehicle disposal preparations, including condition reports and verifying equipment completeness

You will support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and coordinate tag registrations and renewals for all vehicles

You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred

Youpossessbasic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications

You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation, ensuring efficient and smooth fleet operations across all tasks

You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized towork in the United States without requiring sponsorship

You can work
40 hoursper week, including day or evening shifts, and are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane

You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
