Job Summary

Holman is seeking a skilled Recon/Used Car Technician for its Land Rover Denver location. The role requires a solid foundation in automotive diagnostics and repair, as well as a commitment to quality and customer service.

Pay rate: $29.29 - $41.41 per flat‑rate hour.
Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 based on qualifications.

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, meeting dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and execute repairs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road‑test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Adapt to rapidly changing automotive technologies, especially within diagnostics.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience.
• Technical auto training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks.
