ORAT Coordinator

Position Summary

Shrewsberry is seeking an ORAT Coordinator to work with an ORAT Manager and Tactical Planner at Denver International Airport.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assist DEN Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices.

· Support DEN project sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration.

· Establish regular meetings with stakeholders in accordance to the DEN ORAT governance structure.

· Coordinate project activities in conjunction with multiple Project Mangers to align activities and tasks from overlapping projects.

· Develop and facilitate project meetings and workshops.

· Site visits and observations to support the above.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, project manager, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience in airline/airport operations, large scale event planning, or organizational development.

· Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness prior to facility openings.

This is a full-time position with a base salary that ranges between $110,000 - $130,000 per year. In addition to salary, you are eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
