- Works collaboratively to organize and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams within Village Health and across DaVita and track progress against goals.
- Spearheads special projects, including structuring the work, managing the process, and driving the right set of analysis.
- Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes clinical, financial, and operational data; evaluates business impact, provides recommendations, and potential solutions.
- Creates and delivers presentations to convey complex ideas and findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis, identifying next steps, and developing implementation plans to diverse audiences at every level.
- Solves ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing an approach to solving. This may include recommending new or updated system functionality, changes to team processes, or work prioritization, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in an analytical role required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PPT, Word) required.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred.
- Travel up to 10%.

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00/year.
