RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review system data and generate necessary internal documents.
- Process requests and update records promptly, communicating issues as needed.
- Adjust timelines and priorities based on daily system reports.
- Maintain accurate status updates and follow-up items.
- Proactively address potential delays or workflow gaps.
- Review estimates, cost info, and provide relevant updates to leadership.
- Support process improvements, resource identification, and documentation reconciliation.
- Communicate timeline changes with internal teams and external contacts.
- Monitor key metrics and assist with additional tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years in an operations, coordination, or systems-driven role.
Pay: $70,678.66 - $90,118.39 per year
