** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Analyst to join our team. * PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*** Research and interpret investor and mortgage insurance company product parameters to develop and refine product documentation that is clear, concise, and consistently formatted.
* Create internal product announcements and implement changes or clarifications to product requirements, maintaining a comprehensive record of updates by product group.
* Develop reference guides and tools to support product-related business needs.
* Communicate product requirement changes and new product features to internal teams for system support and development.
* Create marketing materials to promote new and existing products and features.
* Participate in product gap assessments to identify and address business needs.
* Coordinate resolution of product-related issues across departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
* Plan and lead training sessions focused on the background, impact, and rationale for product changes and new launches.
* Support compliance efforts by helping prioritize product-related activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing, products, and industry developments.
