Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Retention Specialist role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Retention Specialist will focus on improving patient experience and leading business development projects helping improve patient communication. Responsibilities will include strong patient engagement and communication, team brainstorming on potential retention and throughput projects, learning and onboarding new tech solutions, data tracking, professional development, and being a part of hitting our short and long term business goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in brainstorming and implementing customer Retention initiatives with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships and patient satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to listen, empathize, and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies for improving retention.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a strong team culture.
- Experience in customer-focused roles and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
